As a member of our Battery Systems Engineering Department, you’ll develop the battery systems of the future. You can look forward to a steep learning curve, a state-of-the-art test environment and fascinating projects. Here’s where you’ll make an impact You’ll assess technical risks for battery safety and define safety concepts and technical countermeasures. Responsibly you’ll provide internal release recommendations to management and highlight safety issues and interdependencies to all stakeholders. Of course, you’ll also carry out analyses for electrical, mechanical, thermal and chemical safety requirements according to ECE, GB, ISO & LV-123. Last but not least, you ensure the implementation of product safety concepts. This is your basic equipment Completed studies in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics or similiar qualification Serveral years' experience and deep understanding of HV systems and their requirements (LV123, VW80300 etc.) Good knowledge of requirements management software, e.g. Polarion or DOORS Your English: Off the charts!
